I am having cloudy urine, throwing up, abdominal cramps, I am exhausted, my breasts hurt, and I am severely and uncontrollably moody. Could this be a pregnancy? I have a period two weeks ago, but I had sex three times when ovulating since the period. I took a test and it's cynical. Is it early?

Yes pregnancy sounds possible. I have 4 kids and never have cloudy urine just from being pregnant. It is possible you may be dried up. That can cause cramps, bladder infection and miscarriage. so get fluids down devour crackers or something lite for the feeling sick.
