My period is a month late and the pregnancy test was negative?

3 years ago i have an ectopic pregnancy and enjoy since be powerless to bring back pregnant. This time second year i be 2 months delayed for my interval and again tested refusal on the pregnancy audition. I guess this is character of a 2-part put somebody through the mill. 1. if i hold a tubal pregnancy would it show as positive on a pregnancy testing? and 2. if i'm not pregnant what else could be going on near my body?

i'm going to the clinic in a few days to label see if nearby's anything wrong, but in the meen time i'd similar to some input please.
