Really swollen cervix?

hey this is concerned of really crushing i have a paranoid consciousness i have moved out a tampon inside as i could grain something so i investigated to find its not but my cervix is relatively swollen and slighty open i own booked a drs appt but cant draw from surrounded by for a few days any suggestions as to what it could be?
