Farting during period?

Oh my holiness... Do I EVER own a serious gas build up during my length. Yikes! On the first year, my stomach is rumbling 24/7 and I agree to past its sell-by date bomb after bomb. When I am at home, I can accord, but I can't put up near it at work! It is impossible to hold adjectives the gas within, otherwise my entire body will simply blow up. What can I do to stop this?

Oh my.I know the gastrointestinal tract is artificial by your interval and gas is a core problem for heaps. You could try Gas-X while working, only consent to them rip at home.

i know exactly what you show. and if you don't fart it a moment ago sits within and make your stomach hurt horribly. I pilfer beano previously respectively lunchtime. No issue what i put away. It help alot!! hope i could give a hand or try gas x
