i've tried it...didn't abet...right in a minute i am taking Alli, consumption vastly low heavy and exercising 5-6 times at week (at tiniest 30 mintues a day) so far i've lost more or less 7 pounds within 6 weeks...sounds slow but when it comes past its sell-by date slower it's more possible to stay bad!
