How long does it take for an ovarian cyst to go away?

last month on my cycle nearly partly route through it i be surrounded by horrible agony on my vanished side. i have a ct scan and they said it be an ovarian cyst and it would move about away on it's own. in good health after my cycle be over i feel without fault ably. this month on my cycle i hold indistinguishable headache on the gone side and my cycle is over,but the stomach-ache is still throbbing from time to time. i'm on 800 mg of ibuprofen. is it one and the same cyst from the month until that time or do i hold a serious problem? i'm simply 14.
