Hi adjectives, I of late have the LLETZ procedure done yesterday for CIN2 and work out I cant exercise extraordinarily strenuously for give or take a few 3-4 weeks - for anyone who's have this done and recovered without blemish, what kind of exercise did you do during these weeks? Thanks heaps in finance...

i have the let procedure done second Monday, and the nurse told me indistinguishable article and to pinch it uncomplicated. i hold no problems since, no torment or bleeding or anything which is well-mannered. I'm not sure roughly speaking exercising as i don't do much myself :(
probably best if you ring the clinic and check near them as you dont want to aggravate the beneficial and enjoy complications resembling bleeding. sorry i can't assist further. accurate luck and hope you obtain clear results subsequent time. xx
