What time of the month is a girl most and least fertile?

No, I'm not looking to use this as birth control or anything. I a moment ago wanna know when a girl is most fertile and smallest fertile. My period don't come about on the regular 4-week cycle, but they other go down on a 3-week cycle. (in other words they other come every 3 weeks). So can anyone read aloud when I'd be most and most minuscule fertile? Once again, this isn't my method of birth control, this is out of curiousity!!
