Hi, Honey. I'm beside you. This is what works for me:
1. Give up on trying to do much today.
2. Lie down beside a heat wad on your stomach. The warmth will give support to diffuse the aching.
3. Take Midol (I know, I know, but it really works)
4. Eat some soda crackers or bread to comfort settle your stomach.
5. Find a fun distraction (I do crossword puzzles because later I can still be sitting or lying down.)
6. Avoid anything i.e. overly violent including movies and TV programs.
7. Wrap up in some "comfort" clothes. I hold sweatshirts freshly for this time. They are comfortable, and do not bring to light the fearful bloating.
8. Take a Vitamin B complex. This will sustain beside the bloating, and you'll quality better roughly yourself.
9. Keep recitation yourself that this will wrapping up!

This is what i do to control the twinge.
1. Tkae anything next to ibroproufen surrounded by it.
2. Have a nice reheat hip bath and relax.
3. Eat lots of chocolate.
4 Put your first choice motion picture on and relax or do something that can pocket your mind stale the anguish.
5. Put on comfy clothes and lounge something like.
6. Think to yourself that it will be over in a couple of days and that you can return to anyone a run of the mill human self!!
