Mamograph - infertility?

i enjoy this friend who have done operation for breast lump twice. very soon her breast is getting bigger and hose down dripping from in that. she go to the Hospital and the doctor told her to progress for mamograph testing. another doctor later advise her against it that it will single put together her infertile. she is confused. please advise
