How fat is fat?

I'm 5'9 150lbs is that overweight? I know I could stand to loose 10 or 15 lbs but it's pretty sturdy. I'm 19 right presently, but when I be roughly 16 I weigh 185 and since after i dropped 35lbs but I reckon I should still loose more.

I consider myself on the borderline. I'm nutritious in a minute but I could lose 5 lbs and I noticeably shouldn't gain.
Probably indistinguishable for you. Do you approaching how your clothes fit and how your body looks? Just reward attention to if you start attainment mass, i.e. if your favorite jeans suddenly carry tight for more than a few days so you can stop it earlier it get uncontrolled.

Yeah your BMI as I'm sure you know is 22.1, but start drinking right if you dont already and those 10-15 lbs will come stale most predictable. But no your fine your not overweight.
