Endometriosis-just been diagsnosed?

I have a laproscopy 6 years ago because of EXTREME stomach-ache during my period. Results cynical. I go on to enjoy somewhat girl who is very soon 3. Painful period are put a bet on. Having strain during intercourse too. Went to A&E 3 months ago near cramp. Had a cyst. Went for another ultrasound end week. Cyst have disappeared and the doctor say it is endometriosis. I am getting married subsequent summer and planned to try for babe-in-arms after that. I am reluctant to hold second laproscopy. My fertility be not completely righteous back I have my little girl. Took 2 years to concieve her. Im afraid if I depart it another year to start concieving (maybe another 2 years up to that time it happens) surrounded by crust I wont catch pregnant at adjectives. I dont know what to do. I enjoy be so looking forward to my second babe. Im massively protective and other needed a big relatives. The doctor said my uterus pool liner be 11.5. Not sure if thats cm or mm. Can anyone present me push for on this? Has anyone near the problem found it rugged to concieve? So worried. x
