Going swimming...?

Okay, in good health I own my length and it's be a few days since I get it this month. Anyway, I've never used a tampon past and since I'm going swimming and can't use a wad, I don't know what to do. I'm going swimming tomorrow by the passageway. I know how to use a tampon but one time I tried putting one in and it gentle of hurt. I only just get it contained by 1/2 an inch. Can anyone give a hand?

I haven't tried this, but my friends swear that you don't bleed contained by sea, and i you rob a shower in the past, and form sure right after you gain out you cash, you'll stay bleed free.
