Unaware Period at school embrassing moments?

Have you ever have an "unconscious period" at university?
Where everything feel conventional but after adjectives of a sudden you discern humiliated and drizzly down in attendance.And to your surprise you of late get your time.

Ahhh.It in actuality come up to me on months ago my sophomore year.Luckily we be at the massively later class and it be almost time to budge home.It sucks because that same morning,within the morning my conscious told me "mm conceivably you should wear a pad" but I disregarded it.. sometimes we should newly listen to that voice.
Luckily not a soul catch sight of and i wore my sweater around o_0

oh yeah i be surrounded by class 8 and i have 2 classes beside equal coach. at that time i wasnt concerned to the cycle and stuff.. i feel myself damp and chance so i stood up ultimate the stool be full of blood and my pant .. lucky the trainer wasnt within any so i cleaned up and go home.. i have sort of a purse backpack that covered it up.

from that moment on (4yrs) i other hold an extra two of a kind of pant, pad everywhere i progress and i count the exact time my extent will be coming.

Is this everyday?

I once forgot to put a extent at the expire of my vocab sentence on the board...how mortifying....

How can I seize rid of my hips and belly and go and get really skinny??
