Post hysterectomy and precancerous cells?

my aunt have a hysterectomy just about 10 years ago. a few weeks ago, at her once a year pap, her doctor found precancerous cell... however he also said she does not enjoy a cervix since her hysterectomy... where on earth could the exceptional cell be? how? our minds (my aunt and I) lately cant wrap our minds around it. any insite would be appreciated

could be precancerous vaginal or vulval cell. Did she own a hystorectomy due to cervical cancer? If so consequently you stipulation to save an eye on it. Perhaps she didn;t hold a full hysterectomy but only chunk, I know within the UK you stop have pap test if you own have a full hyterectomy, but not if its lone cog.
