Is it 28 days from the day u end ur period or 28 days from the day u start?

I know i should know this but i started on the 16th closing month and be wondering if it be 28 days from afterwards or the sunshine i stoped.

This is how I calculated a 28-day cycle (example):

Start date: July 1, 2007

Starting next to July 1st, count 28 days, which would bring you to July 28th. Your expected tentative start date would be July 28th.

The first time of your time counts as the first daytime of the 28-day cycle, also.

Since you started on July 16th, count up 28 days near the 16th as time #1, which would supply you an expected hot start date of August 13th.

So for example, if you started July 16, later your subsequent length should be around August 12 or 13. The subsequent one next September 10. The subsequent one October 8. Etc.
