I always wake up sometimes in the night thinking that my throat is swelling up i get allergies?

It never have if truth be told happend i only reason it have. I used to suppose that it happen when i be a child but it stopped untill in arrears concluding year. I other panick and surmise that it have. I other enjoy to get up my mother up contained by the middle of the hours of darkness and achieve her to composed me down and consequently i own to read a book. I own to bring medicene when i win alergies call phenergen. The alergies i go and get are from these list:
. Lips (swelling)
.fingers and foot
.hands
.mouth
We go to the doctor to step and see what i am allergic too but they said its no use trying. And that poorly probably never find out.
Is in attendance anything that can stop me from have these panick attacks?????...

Don't sleep on your rear. Your throat can't close up if you sleep on one side or the other.
