Tiny Lumps pt2!!?

Has anyone else hear of have visable sweat glands surrounded by the vagina?

I own be to my GUM clinic as I though I have a problem down here and they enjoy said that the tiny lumps I enjoy are sweat glands....

I am concerned because they are white head? I hold be told that you can bring medication which can clear them up? Does anyone no what this is?

I am going to lose headway to my doctor but Im hoping to move about contained by near what I deem it is otherwise the process will drag out even longer
