ok so my waist size is 30 inches yeah i know skinny when i strung out my stomach i can touch my 6 pack but the simply problem is i enjoy a lil bit of round covering it :( i necessitate comfort. oh i also inevitability some honest proven to work exersizes to attain really strong abs.
