Missed period, how is this possible?

I'm on triphasil, and i am on the red pill, surrounded by reality today is my closing red pill, and i still haven't get my period, i did a home pregnacy interview, but this come out unenthusiastic. How is it possible that i'm on the red pill and still no period. What cause this rearrangement.
