OK! So I amalgamated cargo watchers close to three weeks almost 4 weeks ago..i lost 3.0lbs the first week and 2.4lbs the second week... newly by drinking my day by day points.! And this is near no exercise. I be thinking since in a minute I am getting a hold of things I will hoof it the sea which is 3.5 miles contained by distance(takes me 1hr. to pace it) 3x a week and do the egg-shaped 2x( for 30 minutes) a week and do some solidity training like daytime I do my egg-shaped! At work since I work in a department by myself I can do 100 sit-ups 2x a week and do 3 sets of 25 lunges 2x a week!

Do you infer this will be a angelic plan..? Along next to intake my day by day points on freight watchers. I want to exercise beside out attainment weight( a adjectives problem for people)

Also where on earth can i receive planning just about what type of weigh training i should do?

How much dampen should I drink a day(i dislike water)?

my stats are 5'2" 211lbs(current) Goal substance 140lbs.
