Tri Nessa birth control?

this is a put somebody through the mill more or less my friend...

i am on ortho tri-cyclen..my best friend go to the doctor today and said she considered necessary to switch from yasmin to ortho tri cyclen, resembling me...the doctor give her the prescription and she go to pick it up from walgreens and it say "tri nessa"..is this ann rotten brand or something? mine clearly say ortho tri cyclen and our packet look agency different. she said that possibly her insurance didnt cover the ortho tri cyclen, so they give her the "sour brand"...or is tri nessa only just a lower dose of ortho tri cyclen?and shes using it for her acne, so does it still work for that?
