Ladies only!! this is regarding ingrown pubic hair?

i never have any problem near this but concluding month, after i shaved, i interest a small bump on my pubic nouns. at frist it doesn't disturb me at adjectives but it starts getting bigger approaching a big pimple, consequently i squeeze it, not knowing what it is and a touch pus go out, afterwards it become flat. but somehow very soon, it's getting wider and leaves and irritating unlit colour 'things' and i know here is still pus within it. it's not that big but i'm afraid it's getting bigger. i never attemp to remove the ingrown hackle after the first squeeze piece i did closing month..

will it jump away? or simply, what shoudl i do?
