My period is over, but I still have bad cramping?

My time of year completed on the first. I be ok for a few days, but very soon I am have so much cramping and I can't numeral out what's cause it. It's right around my c unit mark and sort of a moment ago radiate around my lower abs. What could this be?

This could be related to blemish tissue building up around the incision but I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation to see what they judge is going on.
