False pregnancy possible in a woman who has had a hysterectomy?

She is 52years old-fashioned.She quit smoking cigarettes in March of this year.She say they made her sick to her stomach,resembling when she be pregnant.She have gain 15 pounds since quitting smoking. Most of the mass gain is adjectives surrounded by her breasts and waistline,her legs are still skinny.If she be a young at heart woman I would muse it is a false pregnancy.Is this possible?
