okay so i really want to use a tampon but i don't know how any insist on? Are they uncomfortable? Do they Hert? Do they really work? what one works best for a unhealthy flow?

yes they hurt.. haha. ably they can hurt if you are crazy and similar to shove them within no business once (had that experience- not pleasant). They work, but if its hecka pouring it can still outflow out the sides..
