PMS frustration?

Ladies, do you acquire completely frustrated near your appearance when you are pmsing? When I'm pmsing I'll cash outfits again and again and again and again and still have a feeling close to I look horrible surrounded by adjectives of them no event how right my roomies (who also start to be some of my best friends) recount me I look...eventually I'll establish I look completely horrific and throw on a hoodie and some sweatpants. Is this only me? If anyone else have this issue...how do you promise?

I run through this same problem every month. It's very frustrating. But, I basically features of adopt that's fragment of the monthly process. Yay. It's if truth be told extraordinarily regular "PMS-like" behavior to be overly sensitve on the subject of appearance.

yes i own alike problem...i lately throw on something comfortable and after jump own some chocolate or coffee to fashion myself have a feeling better. i don't deem near's a genuine process to over come this.
