Bump in vagina?

Over the recent past week or so I've notice a small bump lower than the skin on the outside of my vagina. It hurts for a while when I touch it, and it's sort of "squishy" to the touch...I've researched my symptoms and I'm pretty sure it's a sebaceous cyst. Everything I've read say they'll usually walk away on their own, but should I see a gyn nearly it anyway? Here's the site I be looking at:
