I have a hysto (ovaries, tubes, uterus and cervix) 2.5 years ago.
I hold risk factor for PCOS.
I hold have elevated testosterone for 5 months.
Could PCOS be diagnosised as the lead to of excessive hormones despite the surgery?

I hold PCOS but I hold not undergone hysto. I doubt that you can be diagonised of PCO after the sugrery. It may be a middle-of-the-road hormonal lack of correspondence because of the removal of the reproductive organs that regulate the hormones.
