Ussually 7lb of hose retention is a moment ago a majority fragment of PMS (drink lots and lots of sea & green tea, and it can be reduced to 3-5lbs instead). Anyone know if diaretics really relieve the bloating? (too much caffeine is not accurate for me, and I can't hold it frying my nerves on the presentation day). If so, any that you would recommend? (Something I can take slickly surrounded by western Canada would be preferable)

Diurex is a well brought-up diuretic that doesn't hold caffeine. That is what I pilfer.

I filch Extra strength PMS drug (CVS brand or any store brand) when I enjoy my PMS two weeks since up until my time starts (sometimes until after it ends) which contains backache reliever (acetaminophen) and two diuretics. That doesn't enjoy caffeine any.
