I always need to pee!!?

i dont drink, it have be going on for in the order of a year immediately. but i be just this minute doing exams and i needed the toilet 3 times in an 105 minute exam. i get up 2 dance to the loo twice, i own more exams soon and i really can afford to hang on to goign to the loo!! is in that anything i can do?!?!?
