I loved Curves! My solely complaint near it be that going 5x a week it get boring. So I finished up going away and presently I work out at a private gym next to my hubby and we're both getting into shape that method.
Try mixing it up if you want to travel that recurrently. Or turn beside a friend. Or alternate Curves/walking/Curves/walking. Something along those lines.
But the results are right if you stick next to it! Good luck!
