So I am a long distance ultra-marathon runner. I run 2 1/2 to 6 hrs a hours of daylight (usually inwardly the 3-4 hr range). My body is used to it and I've be training close to this for a year immediately. The other light of day, after my run, I notice extreme sharp headache contained by my pelvis. It get to the point where on earth I could not stand up straight and way of walking, after urinating be so raw I be dizzy, lightheaded, feel similar to I be going to endorse out, sweating perfusely, and feel similar to I would vomit. I go to the E.R. and they diagnosed it as a ruptured ovarian cyst, but they didn't know this for sure. It have gone away since, and I hold feel no stomach-ache. It is of late a bit terrifying to draw from backbone to the running as I don't know if I will surface it again.
