your doctor will probably/might dispense u an enema or suppository so you can bare your bowels so you don't poop while his mitt is within in attendance.
an enema is a soft substance to be precise inserted through the rectum to bring in you enjoy a bowel.
a suppository is like peas in a pod except its not liquid
don't verbs it doesn't hurt. its freshly pretty humiliated.
you will be bent over for a suppository prolly w/ ure pant down and you will be on your side layed down for the enema and next u enjoy a while to use the restroom.

for the rectal exam my doctor told me since i be so worried i should hold tried to put some vaseline on a qtip and insert it in my rectum.
though a qtip is smaller than a finger but youll seize the impression.
