ur bmi say ur not quite ordinary..ur bmi is 18.6, if it be smaller amount than 18.5 next you woud be underwieght. the gamut 4 a conventional bmi is 18.5 -24.9..... i would insist on u to gain only just a moment or two freight....a short time bit.
