Sore throat and little spots on tongue ??

i enjoy newly just this minute getting a sore throat and i hold looked at my tongue and i enjoy little spots on the support of my tongue more or less 10 within a v shape going down the rear legs of my tongue - do you no what this is ?? my throat is intensely sore aswell when i cough etc.

The v shaped spots on your tongue are other near, i found them too when my throat be sore, we only dont in general look for them. I know this cos i get really worried and i looked it up!!
