Uterine cyst, ways to releive the pain?

Just found out I own a cyst. I enjoy be wake up at darkness due to spasm cause by the cyst. I've found that using a hot hose bottle in actual fact releives the misery after some time... any other suggestions?

Yep, warmth and ibuprophen.
OH! One piece that seem to give support to me...
If its the right side that hurts, lay on your moved out side.
If its the not here side hurting, lay on your right side.
It seem to appropriate the pressure bad of the side that hurts.

You can use ibuprofen. I draw from them myself and tend to lately suffer through the cramp. Not anything else to do since we can't stop it or control it except for taking the pill.

Are you sure it isnt an ovarian cyst, I would suggest an anti-inflammitory such as Tylonol (ibupropen), and a heat wad on low.
