Should I do breast sonogram (ultrasound) after my period? or is it ok to do it now?

I come to my gyno today for a pap smear and to check my departed breast. I started have distress underneath my right breast a few days ago. Then i did a self breast testing and found 2 avergae lump resembling things in my breast. and when i come today to my doctor and told her, she checked me and confirmed that my breast feel lumpy and she said that i might enjoy cycsts. she told me to engender an appointment to a sonogram after i hold my time. when i come home i be trying to research whether doing a sonogram past ur extent may own any impact on the results but i can come across to find any answers. if anyone know please permit me know because im experinecing cramp and im worried, only want to procure it over near and find out wat i hold. i aim i am 19 next to no breast cancer contained by the nearest and dearest (as far as i know). please if anyone know consent to me know

Usually breasts are more swollen and tender freshly in the past and during your time. She probably told you to dawdle so it would be more comfortable for you and because swelling can generate accurate results for a time harder to bring back. Call and articulate to the radiologist and she what he think.
