What sort of exercises are best to get back in shape after having a C-Section??

You should be asking your doctor this. After my first c-section, my doc recommended zilch more strenuous than walking for 6 months. 6 months! And I in a flash figure out why. I tried to return with up and meander around the neighborhood something like a week after my follow up and guess what... I started bleeding again! Heavy! And I be surrounded by deeply of twinge. So I literary my lesson and listen. When the kid turned 6 mos, I started doing some modified pilates and much to my surprise, it be MUCH better than when I tried to do my own piece and not listen to my doctor.

I would approaching to include to Jemmie's clever words. I too have 2 c-sections (don't mind my name) so have my daughter (she have 5 c-sections) you can carry support to your former shape but remember that your belly will other stay a bit protruding as
the c-section cuts through the muscles and that prevents your belly to take hindmost to its former shape. If you can come to language next to this, and I have an idea that you can, later adjectives you want to do is exercise after 6-12 month and you will look great.
