im on the Lo journal and yes, even that one cause cargo gain, i enjoy experienced it a short time but nought severe. i in reality needed to gain substance. but anyways, i one-sidedly hold not have any side effects ever besides that.

I've be on it for several years, and never have any side effects. I expect I may own gain for a time weightiness (less than 5 lbs), but nought too crazy, or that I couldn't fix by getting rotten my butt and going to the gym. That doesn't suggest you won't hold any issues... my college roommate go on it and have to quit taking it after a few weeks because it seriously nauseated her. All b.c. pills take some risks of side effects.
