Why does my face get cherry red when I exersize?

When I exersize, contained by gym, my facade get really red. The other empire's face are not close to that. I know that it's not that they don't exersize plenty. So my friend told me it be the red pigments surrounded by my facade, but I don't construe how it works or how I can look a bit normaler.

it is run of the mill. you can't do anything just about it. the blood trys to stop the sweat so afterwards it can escape lacking getting dehidarated!

It could be because you are not breathing right. Try breathing in through your mouth and out your snout.
