Help....pcos question,honest,serious answers please!?

i be told i hold pcos give or take a few 3 years ago,i go to the hospital around 6 times and respectively time they told me to loose counterweight back they will consider to treat me,iv tried so knotty to loose counterweight and i loose a few pounds afterwards they come fund on,i enjoy never have regular period up within til a few months ago where on earth i have a spell for 6 months every month very soon iv missed 2 months again,i mistrust that when im arranged to try for a toddler i will not know how to concieve,im 20 and this really depress's me.should the hospital be helping me next to some sort if treatment? they havent asked to see me for 2 years-is this majority? please can anyone back me construe this?iv be to websites but i find that some of them contridict respectively other.

You are right give or take a few the pattern sites. There is TONS of PCOS info out in attendance and not adjectives of it is accurate. Your best bet is to treat the PCOS near a low carb diet, exercise, and an insulin sensitizing drug, such as metformin. I would patently try to find a dutiful doctor who is prepared to treat you.

I recommend seeing a reproductive endocrinologist (although a regular obgyn might be OK, if you find the right one). They are mostly more educated around PCOS and the correct treatment. Unfortunately, several doctors are not aware of the proper treatment.

The underlying result in of PCOS is insulin resistance (IR). The best treatment for PCOS is going on an insulin sensitizing drug such as metformin (1500-2550mg per day) combined next to a low carb diet and exercise. There are a few prominent things to know:

1. Many women "pass" the exam for IR, but still respond positively from the metformin. No one know exactlly why..my thought is that the check is not a sure fire style of detecting the IR.

2. You must be on a large satisfactory dose of metformin. I've hear women complain that their bodies dont start working even though they've be on metformin for awhile. Some doctors are sceptical to up the dose ancient 1500mg...but for some of us it take more. I don't respond until my dose is around 2000mg a time.

3. It can bring a few months on the correct dose, up to that time your body is regulated.

4. It is far-reaching to treat your PCOS even if you are not trying to capture pregnant. There are high risks for oodles things (high blood pressure, blood clots, diabetes, and tons other things) when you own PCOS, but if it is treated properly, next those risks are lowered.

When the PCOS is treated properly, adjectives of your symptoms may not disappear, but they should boost some. It will also be plentifully easier to lose freight (and hold it off). Our bodies work against us when we try to lose solidity on our own, making it nearly impossible to lose mass.

Sweetie ask them if they hold some sort of diet plan that they can serve you near. I connote unless YOU are some sort of medical Doctor or nurse and I don't believe that you are after they want to support you some how some path. Just ask your Doc if he or she can relieve you. Good luck
