There are several variety, but most are imprudent for women who enjoy not have at smallest one full-term pregnancy (the uterus is too stiff otherwise).

There is a copper-only interpretation (Paraguard) and a hormone-infused newspaper (Mirena). People speak that Mirena is fitting because eventually you'll enjoy a particularly frothy or no interval; Paraguard doesn't use hormones at adjectives, but the copper make the uterine cavity too irritated for implantation to materialize.

Personally, I cannot recommend the IUD. I have one for 5 months formerly I have to enjoy it surgically removed because the irritation it cause to my uterus cause it to puncture my uterus. I presently hold a build-up of defacement tissue within that nouns that it is marked on a ultrasound and is blocking that fallopian tube completely (thankfully I don't want any more children, but....).
Before the perforation, I have HORRIBLE cramping adjectives the time, my length be miserable (terrible cramping and bleeding that bordered on hemorrhaging). And I have given birth 2 years prior!

I only alked to my neughbor around it and she said it hurt when they put it surrounded by and it made her cry. She have have her interval and bleak cramping for 4 months presently. I would avoid that one. I would also avoid the shot, that can mess you up!! I have it once and have my time for 9 months straight! Go beside the pill for sure if you are considering birth control!

yes. This is a T-shaped device explicitly inserted by a doctor into your uterus. It stays near for 3-5 years (I think) depending on the brand.
