Vaginal sponges - any advice and where can you get them??

My research indicates that vaginal sponges can be adjectives for keeping yourself cleaned up after sex (stopping sperm going too far up and mopping it up so that you can clean yourself out efficiently. I'm not stupid adequate to plan to use as a contraceptive - I'm on the pill. My plan is to use them for hygienic verbs up.

My research on the pattern shows that they are perfect for this (mostly american websites) My question are

1. Has anyone used them for verbs up after sex?
2. How do you put them contained by short spoiling dedication?
3. How not detrimental are they?
4. How do you verbs them?
5. How long can you "preserve it in" after sex
6. Where the heck do you buy them - I asked in Boots today but they newly thought I be a wierdo

sorry can't minister to. But if you really want to verbs out after sex are you near the right personality, or are you a short time ago passionate in the region of cleaning. Surely if it's somebody you love you wouldn't mind their love liquid inside.

I've hear of instinctive sponges one used instead of tampons whilst bleeding, but not for hygiene reason. Personally, I can't see why you'd want to, but I suppose you could use them within that passageway. Get small pieces of pure sponge- chemists stock them for cosmetic use. Rinse them out beneath the thump after use.
