Menstrual cramps?

just wondering if anyone experiences impossible to tell apart cramps i do...i enjoy a constant discomfort on the right side of my collar and stomach for a few days, sometimes it hurts to breathe within. presently my ribs and chest hurt really bleak, this have never happen formerly. i woke up second dark next to these pains and i could not lay down because the pain would receive worse within the chest nouns. should i be worried? does anyone else enjoy similiar symptoms? vicodin seem to be the solitary point that ease the torment, zilch else works for me. theck collar and stomach distress on my right side freshly started roughly 3 years ago.
