Diet pills, suggestions, excersise tips, anything, please?

5'4, 130lbs, curvy and worst of adjectives, big thighs. I am not satisfied. I know guys close to curves, and big butts and adjectives that, but the point is that I'M NOT HAPPY. I ache for for the times I be a size 5 or 4. Are in attendance any flawless excersise technique, diet pills, anything that I can do/get? I'm more partial to the pills because of greatly little free time. Please relieve.

Hi, I figure out you frustration adjectives to capably. But diet pills don't work next to out side-affects. Exercise yes,yes,yes I newly started a few weeks ago and already I'm seeing results especially in the road my clothes fit. what I do is 45min of cardio and another 45min of counterbalance training 3-4 days a week. Make the sacrifice and do the time it will discharge sour even if it routine going to the gym @5:30am only focus in the region of Summer a moment ago around the corner and how blissful you will perceive surrounded by your size 4-5 again.

How can i receive on birth control beside out my parents finding out?

there is zilch wrong beside one 5'4" soaring and weigh 130lbs..

if you want to tone up simply do some exercise.....but do not be so tough on yourself.
