i be planning to run up and down stairs everyday but i want to know how long i should do it for? my legs are goon now but I wanna c how much i can tone them between now and formal. really... what exercises within broad for my abs, shoulders and arms, and legs can i do so that i will c results contained by conceivably 12 days and for how long?
