Answers:
I'm 20 now. I lost my virginity at 12 years older - I wouldn't reprimand you for the same things I did - and honestly - i hold no regrets.
All of the questions you asked here be my main concerns as a 13 year older (actually, they were my concerns until I turned 18!!) - I solely wish I have womenanswers.org!!
Now when you say a 'full physical", do you parsimonious with a gynecologist? or near your primary care doctor? Because if its your primary caution doctor he should NOT be looking so closely at your 'private parts'.
which can answer more of your questions - approaching he will not know if your hymen is broken..
The nurse SHOULD be there..a short time ago in overnight case the doctor ever tried to do anything 'funny'.
Your mom doesn't have to be in that if you dont want her to - but because you're only 13, i dont expect that the doctor can force her to leave the room.
If it IS a 'female doctor' (I hope you know what i mean when i right to be heard lady doctor, gynecologist) consequently YES. they will know that your hymen is broken. Becuase you're 13 i think that your doctor can share the information beside your mom - actually, i chew over the doctor legally have to. I would ask your doctor himself if he can.
As for giving away patient information as a 'friend' and not a 'doctor'...thats informal. If you're of age (which I'm not sure if you are)..then your doctor can not discuss information beside ANYBODY asside from you unless he has your green light.
HOWEVER, i THINK you might be under age for that to be true!...i consider because you are under 16 years matured, that he CAN tell your mom. i'm not 100% sure though.
Its well brought-up to have a truthful relationship near your doctor. If I were you, I would ask him if he have to tell your mom give or take a few the stuff that you and him talk give or take a few. If he says no, i'd be truthful near him. You COULD say that your hymen broke from a tampon or something...but your best bet is to be as honest as you can. . I voice this becuase one day you might hold questions more or less your body (If god forbid one day you thought you have an STD or something) and such and it would be good to consult your doctor around such questions.
Good luck, dont be strung-up. I was contained by your shoes at 13. I know how it is. Please be safe. One article that I DID NOT take into consideration at 13 ((until i be 19 actually)) was STD's. I never used protection and i'm REALLY lucky that I never get any kind of STD. I other thought that i was safe and sound becuase I was on the pill. Be fussy! Be safe!

I have to come back and put in this after reading others answers. Dont pay attention to relatives who call you name 1st of all. We adjectives have our own bodies and we clear our own decisions. As long as your mortal safe - theres nought to look down upon. and like you said - you are person safe.
Also, it seem that other people suppose that your doctor CAN NOT tell your mom more or less what you talk roughly speaking with him.. They could be totally right.
I hope that I did not panic you by saying that they might justifiably have to report to your mom - like I said, i'm not 100% sure. ...your best bet is to ask the doctor himself in the past he starts the physical.
I just found out i hold Endometriosis, dose any one have this and what did they do for it?
1. The doctor will examine your body and probably do a vaginal exam too.2. I don't surmise your mom has to be nearby, but she will probably go surrounded by with you (unless you ask her not to)
3. I surmise the nurse does have to be in attendance, but I'm not sure.
4. Not unless you have an STD from mortal a *
5. There is no definate way to enlighten what broke someone's hymen.
6. It depends on what he finds, but by law, I don't believe they can.
7. Yes
Red, generous of painful circle on my breast, what could it be?
It's up to you and your mom if she have to be there. Your mom might want to be within the office. It's also up to you if you want to transmit your doctor you're active. On one foot, you might want to tell him because sexually busy teens need to carry tested once a year for STDs. (not bad test, just preventive measures.) However I think through how weird it would be to share him if your mom doesn't know. That's up to you. However, safety should come first. He can't convey if you're active, and I don't have a sneaking suspicion that he will know if your hymen is broken. They have a privacy policy too, so if you don't want your mom to know, probability are he won't tell.Even though you don't want your mom to know, the most exalted thing is your safekeeping. It's your choice, just remember that.
1. He/she will talk next to how you are, and ask questions just about your life and form.
2. your mom does not have to be here if you don't want. If you are 13, a good doctor should ask mom to go during the physical exam. This may be the the time the doctor asks about drugs and sex. He will NOT make clear to your mother; that is why he wait until she's gone.
3. If the doctor is doing a pelvic exam, then a nurse is usually near as an assistant. Especially if it is a male doctor (sad as it sounds, gotta brand sure someone else knows the truth within case the long-suffering tries to lie and sue).
4/5. He will know if you report him. This is very essential that you tell him. Again, you don't inevitability to tell him within front of you mother. You can ask her to leave! Just bring you are still a child doesn't mean you don't enjoy confidential stuff to stay between the doctor and you. I don't know if he can tell on the pelvic exam.
6. NO. You can notify him not to tell and he CANNOT! (and MORALLY should not).
7. No again. You are a long-suffering foremost. We doctors always own the doctor hat on, even if we aren't within clinic. He just can't "become" the friend and after tell your mother things.
Hope this help. Please be honest with him. It will simply help you :)
