my period is two week deferred, however for those past two weeks, i've gotten adjectives the signs like i'm just about to get it, and afterwards i feel approaching i have it. the swollen breasts, and cramps. is it possible to menstrate and not bleed?

It's just slice of being a woman, that happen to me sometimes, it's just hormones.

This may be an observable question, but hold you taken a pregnancy test? Breasts swell next to pregnancy and I know some women have period-like cramping.

Swollen breasts and cramping are also signs of pregnancy. Have you considered a home preg oral exam? Might be a good perception.

No, you would bleed. Some women are irregular, their period comes rash or late. I frequently hold a week or so prior to getting my period where on earth I am crampy and with tender breasts (and cranky - pms). I wouldn't verbs about it, unless you judge you might be pregnant.
If you are not pregnant, and start skipping periods, this could be a sign of stress, infection, malnutrition etc..homily to your doc.
