i enjoy always used Tampax Pearl, and I usually own a pretty heavy extent. I have done gymnastics, cheerleading, running, swimming, riding horses, and softball near a pearl in. No problems whatsoever. BUT, at hand probably isn't much of a difference in the two, purely pick one, no big deal...:)

There is no better tampon between the two. It is a marketing ploy to formulate you buy the sports one thinking it will be better for those in sports. Use which ever one you like better.

Definately playtex sport. Even if your not doing a sport. Thats what i use and there so comfortable and I can't event inform i'm wearing one

Pro's / Con's of the shot / norplant?

neither of them are the best. the best is o.b. non-applicator (pro comfort if you can find them, they minister to with insertion, trademark it easier)

they protect better than tampax and playtex, with no leak, because you are able to place it yourself, contained by the correct place.
the vagina curves and applicators are straight, and they always leak for me. but since i have be using o.b., i dont get any escape.
